after survey if ADIT declares to survey officer to release all taken documents of assess and not a peny is declared by assess. and in that case scrutiny the AO without any proper need or query can order a reassesment of returns of partner even if the firm accounts are audited and turnover is 100% of item and profit is 8% and no reasonable cause is found just because the survey officer was told to give back all documents to assess ,then also officer kepts all documents with him.

and when i was checked the profile i got nothing because this person have no freind no activity.. i think this very suspicous for me.. so i want to know that u r also receiving the same kind of message or not.. i think this is a trap.. so tell me whether u have received such PM from VIVANIA or not..? i please guide me regarding this issue..? still i have not responded to this suspicous unknown person...!!

What would be the treatment in case of below facts.
1. If I am leasing a Machine to the Other Party and I am registered under the Dealer Excise , How I can pass the Excise Duty thereon, Excise Duty is passed on to me while purchasing the machinery by me Please make a note that it is a Lease of Machine to the Other party, though the ownership will remain with me.
2. What will be excise procedures to be followed in case of above sceanrio.
3. Thirdly , How the opposite party (Buyer) will record the Transactions.
