If a person is working in India who is from US. The Salary is directly paid by US Company. How can company deduct TDS Whether there is any obligation on the part of company to depoist Tax

Due to labour problem,the project activities of our company was affected and shut down for a month. The Civil contractor raised a bill of ideal charges during the said period for fixed cost and service tax thereon.

Whether service tax is applicable for aforesaid case.

I want to take transfer from my employer because of his mis behaviour and scolding without any reason. i am fed up of all such situations. so i want to register under some other CA. But i have completed 2 years of training and institute denied my request of changing seat to some other CA, because i request for change of seat on the basis of lack of face to face coaching in my city(but actual reason was as mentioned above). Now what should i do to change seat?

Do i have to apply for it?or i have to submit a declaration in a form specifying the no. of hours i have spent in unstructured learning (by attending seminars/reading C.A related material etc.)
Also do i need to attach proof supporting my claim that i have attended specific no. of seminars which give me unstructured Cpe hrs credit?
