Can anybody please guide me about unstructured cpe hours(15 hrs in a block of 3 years)for non practicing Chartered Accountants.
Do i have to apply for it?or i have to submit a declaration in a form specifying the no. of hours i have spent in unstructured learning (by attending seminars/reading C.A related material etc.)
Also do i need to attach proof supporting my claim that i have attended specific no. of seminars which give me unstructured Cpe hrs credit?

You have to just submit the self declaration form and give the details therein. You don’t have to give any proof along with the form

The last date for submitting the form for the previous calendar year is 31 may

how come there is no proof needed for unstructured cpe hours cr?
i dont get the logic
i may nt attend ny seminar i my not read ny C.A related material n still claim 15 hrs cr. as no 1 is going to check the genuineness of my claim..wts d point then?

there may not be logic, but that is so the case.....no proof is required to be submitted. this statement is also memntioned in the form, you can check the same
