Animal Fat ( Excisable)
Poultry Feed Supplements (Exepted)
Other offal (Exempted Products)
We are maintaining D.S.A. for only Excisable Product i.e. Animal Fat.
I wants your guidance about whether D.S.A. should be maintained for all products whether Excisable or not.

I AM PURCHASING A PROPERTY WHOSE VALUATION ACCORDING TO STAMP DUTY IS Rs.100. IF THE TITLE DEED IS FOR Rs.80, THEN CONSIDERATION FOR CAPITAL GAINS WILL BE Rs.100.

NOW , QUERY IS IF THE TITLE DEED IS FOR Rs.80, THEN WHAT IS THE CONSEQUENCE FOR ME AS A PURCHASER.?

AS SELLER IS CHARGED CAPITAL GAINS CONSIDERING CONSIDERATION AS 100, CAN I TAKE MY COST OF ACQUISITION AS 100 EVEN THOUGH TITLE DEED IS FOR 100 ??

i have a question...
there is a private company in which there is only 2 directors, now company wants to appoint 2 new director in place of existing. is it possible to appoint 2 additional director in Board meeting?
and if yes... then it is possible to regularize both additional director in EGM and accept resignation of existing directors in same meeting.
please suggest me the procedure of the same.

Now Quistion is how much CENVAT Mr P avail in which Rule ?
