i want to take transfer to another firm, i have served 6 months in old, is there any time limit to join other firm after termination with current firm? in if i join other firm after 3 months of termination what will be consequences? is there any provission from the institute for the same? plz do reply soon thanking you

1)as you have not yet completed 1 year of articles can take transfer by submit form 109 to icai which is duly signed by your boss
