13 January 2014 i want to take transfer to another firm, i have served 6 months in old, is there any time limit to join other firm after termination with current firm? in if i join other firm after 3 months of termination what will be consequences? is there any provission from the institute for the same? plz do reply soon thanking you

13 January 2014 1)as you have not yet completed 1 year of articles can take transfer by submit form 109 to icai which is duly signed by your boss

however delay you made in re-registration will extend your date of completion of articles
