Related party disclosure

Hi All,

An Indian Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of a USA Company and that USA Company is in turn a wholly owned subsidiary of a UK Company.
1. Are the Indian Company and UK Company related parties for the purpose of Companies Act and Income Tax Act?
2. Is the case different if the US company is not a wholly owned subsidiary of the UK Company?

E- filing of returns

I want to know that now is it possible to file online the return for the financial year 2009-10 , 2010-11(Ass. year 2010-11 & 2011-12). I have read in newspaper that it is possible to file online upto March, 2014. I want to know whether it is correct? Please solve my query. Because normally it is possible to file for only two latest assessment years.
