Does "Interest Subsidy" to be treated as "Interest Received" and need to disclose seperately under Annx. I to 3CD??

hey i applied for Ca membership after passing finals in nov 2011 of which results were declared on 18th Jan,2012.. i did not receive any letter nor any certificate from ICAI about my membership number but yesterday received a news letter on which my name and membership number was mentioned along side my residential addresss...
what can be done in this case.
do i need to write to them to confirm me my membership number once as there is no written document which states i have been allotted membership number.

Suppose even after taking CENVAT credit, there remains some balance in CCR. Then would it be refunded or carry forwarded or forfeited.
What happens in similar issue in case of VAT??
What's the time period of availing such as in case of VAT it is monthly.

I have to appear for ipcc in nov 2012..... I am preparing for both groups but now i got a doubt that in case i pass in grp-1 but due to any reason i got down in gp-2 then would i be considered pass in grp 1 or not?????

Please guide me about my career prospects. Where can i work bank/company/firm?

Secondary in 2000-88% and higher secondary in 2002-95%
Graduated in 2005 - 78% in B.com
cleared ca- inter - in 2006-52%
completed articles in 2006-2009
no experience other than articles....
had some family circumstances so had to stay back home...2009-2012---GAP
but cleared second group ca final in may 2011...please advise can i find a job now related to my field? which area?
