Applicability of works contract tax

A cement manufacturing company is transfering its property in tyres to a tyre manufacturing company for modification or alteration of tyres for longer usew of tyres.the tyre manufacturing company is raising invoice for works contract.
the following are my questions.
how much WCT should be paid?
how it should be audited in internal audit?

Trading business

Hello Experts,

Kindly send your expert opinion on my below query. We are registered under Central Excise as dealers and we are engaged in Trading business. We are importing products from various countries and make the sales to domestic market under the cover of excise invoice under rule 57G/GG and pass the incurred duty to Customers. Now we are getting enquiry from overseas market. We are having IEC already. Now kindly clarify the following points.

1. Is it allowed to export the goods which is imported as such for trading purpose?
2. What is the mechanism to pass the duty incurred at the time of import?
3. What would be the format of the Invoice.
4. Our product will come under the MRP category.
5. Please tell me the exact procedures to be followed in such cases.

one of my client has a firm started new business (proprietorship)for works contract relating to construction and raised following invoice
april-2014-rs.200000
May-2014-rs.1200000

service recipient is a pvt ltd company which has not paid any vat/service tax to my client nor it will pay it in future.

My question :
My client should pay service tax on Rs.400000 or on entire rs.1200000 ?

Itr filing

Sir/madam,

I want file a ITR return in respect of the assessee having business income which is less than 1 crore as well as agricultural income in excess of Rs.5000. Can I file the business income under presumptive scheme by selecting ITR - 4 or I have to offer the business income as income from regular business (Not presumptive income).

Please clarify, Thanks in advance..
