i want to know the re-validation process of ca ipcc... how do i apply for re-validation and i also want to change my postal address... please help me....on this...

Suppose a company X is having the following business.
It extracts Ore(exempted) from Mines and does the following thing:
A. Process it and make excisable goods at its own factories which are away from Mines.
B. Sales some part of it.
C. COnvert to Excisable goods through EPA's.

The mining Job is carried out by a contractor. Whether the company can take the credit of service tax paid on excavation?

2]ITR 4 in Excel file deprecition show in dep.column

as per computation profit-140000

but itr 4 show dep.3000 after profit 143000
how calculate

sir profit calculate before depreciation or after depreciation

one of my friend his verry small business for a packing Item Treading so I want to Know Which ITR Form to file in Income Tax,

His total Sale in F/Y 2013-2014 is 2376000/-(Trading)

and Purchase is 2106000/-what amount Show in

Gross Turnover or Gross Receipts ?
Total Presumptive income under 44AD (>= 8% of E1)

& his 2 Child fee is 42000 & Rent ? how much deduction for him
