24 June 2025 my gstn cancelled suo moto 2 years ago due to non filing of gst return. now how to activate this number. pls help

24 June 2025 not much to be done now as you need to request for revocation of cancellation within 30 days of cancellation. though you can file an appeal too. But you need to justify the delay in filing of appeal. Better to apply new registration now.

25 June 2025 Thank you sir. we have applied for new registration only. but officer asked me to reactivate the old suo moto cancelled registration first.

25 June 2025 I think this is because of this notification https://www.indiafilings.com/learn/new-gst-registration-after-cancellation/ If the office insists of cancellation of revocation, ask him for the solution for the same.
