my exam is in november 2014 and my articleship is due to be complete on 23rd mar. 2015 but if due to some reason i will not be registered in articleship on 1st november 2014(i.e. exam month) whether i would be eligible to appear in exam that is my first attempt of final. pls help me.

for nov 2014attempt did only 53notified sections wil apply or companies act1956 in addition to 53sec wil apply ful confusin

when i am registering PAN of NRI at "incometaxe-filing.gov.in" to file online return then a message " PAN not found in DGIT database " is showing .pls let me know how to register PAN of NRI at income tax website ?

In Private limited Co. public funding is not allowed... still there r so many restriction or long procedure required on filing of documents Why? :(
