Hi friends,
pls give me a suggestion on how to get refund of tds on bank fd interest . How to file belated income tax return for senior citizen who does not earn any source of income.

You can file the belated return and show the Interest Income under the IFOS and claim the TDS as per TDS certificate issued by bank.
If the total income is below the taxable limit then TDS will be refunded in your account.
If the total income is below the taxable limit then TDS will be refunded in your account.
