27 August 2014 Dear All, I have not Cleared my June 14 attempt. I am Old Syllabus Student. So nw m Start Preparing For Dec 2014 attempt. So Please Guide me about my confusion.

1 Which Act Should I Prepare CA 1956 & 2013.Some1 Sy Only 98 Sec Will come in dec 14 & Others will come from 1956?

2. Corporate Restructuring Which Topic Changes. (Takeover/Merger/etc?

3. Taxation Update?

4 Is there any Changes in DD & CG?
