A company has 4 directors, 2 are Indians and other 2 are foreigners. Can both the foreigner director sign the financial statement and board report.

Can TDS be deducted for same section 194H by two deductor at the same time. If yes then can we get income tax refund from department for both deductor.
Our registered office is in Delhi in south ex but godown of delhi is at mazri. So while registering for sonepat branch which address to be given in additional place South ex or mazri.

1. In case of Private Limited Co. a managing Director was appointed at the time of incorporation through old form 32 , no specific clasue about appointment of MD in AOA or no other agreement was executed , then how much period he can act as Managing Director ( He was mentioned as First Director not liable to retire by rotation in AOA )
2. can we pass a Board Resolution for increase in salary of MD and what other forms required to be filed
3. can any body share me Board Resolution for increase in salary of MD in case of private limited
INFORMATION ABOUT ACCRUED/RECEIPT OF CAPITAL GAIN. ---------------
The columns to be furnished is CG accrued for the four quarters.
The problem is when there is receipt of CG for the first three quarters and there is a loss in last quarter,the system is not allowing us to enter loss in that particular quarter.( -ve balance accrued)
Please let me know how to appropriate the amount so accrued. (this happened to me last FY)

One of employee has provided us the rent slip to claim the deduction of HRA pls clarify since we are deductor is it our responsibility to authenticate the rent receipt also provided by employee in case if HRA exemption has been given in form of providing fake rent slip by employee. Then any consequence of for employer?
