Hello experts,
A company has 4 directors, 2 are Indians and other 2 are foreigners. Can both the foreigner director sign the financial statement and board report.

Yes, both the Foreign Directors can sign the Financials, provided they should be physically present in the board meeting in which the Financials are approved.

Can board meeting held outside India to approve financial statement?

Yes. It can be held outside India for sure. Ensure that, the date of signing for Auditor should the date later than the board meeting date as Auditor will sign the Financials in India.
