applicability of Presumptive taxation 5 years limit

1.I have chosen presumptive taxation U/s 44Ad for A.Y. 16-17.For A.Y. 17-18 I would go for tax audit. Can I go for presumptive taxation for A.Y 18-19 and further years????

Clarification for ceritificate of service

Sir,

I have excess leave of 116 days for which I am not registered yet. So as per CA Certificate of Service attachment for exam there are only 2 categories which is one the completed service and another is yet to complete on or before 30th April. In my case, both are not applicable. What should I attach. Kindly advice.
