We have submitted original return in due date for A.Y.2016-17. CPC Bangalore invalided due non filling from no.29b. Than we file form 29B and also file revised return but till its show invalid in CPC process.
please guide what should i do?

My client wants to sells his one residential house in this month (march-18) and wants to buy new one in next year (after april-18), as I know that LTCG can be deposited in capital gain assets account to get an exemption but he already owns more than one property.
So is it advisable to firstly gift this house to his spouse (wife, by completing gift deed) and then his wife sell this one and deposit LTCG in Capital gain assets account (to claim exemption in this year) and buy new house in next year ??
Please advise me....
And is any other opinion on this ???

XYZ, a goods manufacturer and supllier company has made an agreement with a distributor to provide turnover discount (post-sales) if distributor achieves quarterly targets as mutually decided by both. Thereafter, Credit note is issued by suplier for this turnover discount. My question is that do distributor needs to pay any gst on such credit note issued against turnover and if not, do they need to be mentioned in GST returns

My Friend has 200 workers for his business. the workers are divided into 4 groups. each group comprises 49 members and a "head person" for that group.the head person communicates with the workers and get them to work daily, for that the head person gets some commission and the workers get wages.at the end of every month my friend transfers Rs.2lakhs(workers wages+headperson's commission) from his "Current Account" to the head person's "Savings Bank Account". the amount will become RS.24Lakhs at the end of the year.my question is "will there be any problem for "the head person" from "Income Tax Department" because he/she has "Savings bank account" ? Please give a solution for this. Thanks....
