But now i want to change my exam centre.

Plz guide me can i do so?
Plz i really need to change the centre due to some unavoidabel problems.

What are goods and bads regarding ESOP.

One of my senior family member is offered to buy shares of company in which he is working, under ESOP scheme. He is working in Camlin Ltd. (company mfg Pens, pencils etc.) and will be retiring after 1.5 yrs.

Max stock offerable is 4650sh @ Rs.16 per share having face value of Re.1. He is planning to buy shares worth Rs.15000.

Since i have not dealt with ESOP earlier i would be happy if experts give me some idea regarding ESOP.

we are paying forigen commssion and paying service tax .
1) what is the entry in tally of commission and service tax(and under what head) if we have paid Rs 100000 commssion?

2) can we can claim as refund under rule 5 of cenvat credit ?

as we know that if there is no employee then there will not be any FBT. but in case two companies (A ltd. & Y Ltd.) incorporates an AOP for specific purpose & there is an agreement that salary will be give by such companies on behalf of AOP, in fact there is no new appointment of employees in AOP, while employees of A Ltd & B ltd. are doing the job for AOP work.

in the given case if any re-imbursment is made by AOP to such employees of A & B Ltd. & such exp. are liable for FBT like conveyance, tele. ph. etc.

PROB 1 In such case is AOP is liable to pay FBT ?
PROB 2 as we know if there are No Employees than no FBT will occur. but in above said case manupulation may be done by making AOP in order to avoid FBT

can one NRI & resident indian form a private limited company? If law permit what is the procedure to include the NRI into the company as Director. I know through companies act book, NRI to became director after obtaining DIN. Please give details for OTHER APPROVAL, may be RBI or any other approval body for allotment of shares, appointment of Director or Managing Director & funds flow from foreign to india for capital & other purpose.
