Hi,
I would like to know what is "surrender of exemption" in case of CA exams. I have been trying a lot to find out some rule or section in our CA Rules but i was not suceed.
If there is any such rule please give me a link from whcih i can get more information.

Exemption: 60% or above in any subject is Exempted in next 3 attempts,
But you cannot get Rank when you pass in the consequetive attemts
some persons in the view of getting rank they surrender their exemptions
but once you surrender the mark what you get next time is final.. i.e if you fail you have to write it again
