I deal in commodities futures (Without delivery). i wanted to know that if buy a contract say for Rs.100 expiring in may 09.
and by 31st march 08 its price has reached to Rs.130. Do i have to pay any tax on said profit of Rs.30. for the year 08-09. even when i have not sold the contract untill then. kindly advise me on this issue.

when i ll be qualified for pcc? in nov 09 or in may 10?
what will happen if i can't clear pcc in first attempt? will articleship continue to count for the final exam? or i have to wait till passing pcc for next 2 years articleship for qualifying final exam?

I have registered myself for CA-final in April2008 but till today i have not received my I-card for it i made call in kanpur but they have said they send it
so what should i do in this matter...
