my client is into business of software development and has taken service tax no..now he is giving tuition regarding software so whether is he liable t pay service tax on his tuition fees or not

I was form a firm in 2007 which doing a business of warehouse(storage of food grains).
In Ass. Year 2011-12 i filed return and claimed deduction u/s 80IB but Income tax department are not give me deduction in this regard and raised demand against me.
so suggest me can i claimed under 80IB then how i claimed Deduction under this Section.

One company sold goods to its parent company on dollar terms.But as per the management there is no need to reinstate the debtors on B/S date because the parent company will only pay the amount(in Rs.) which was due on the date of transaction.Is this practice correct??

I am CA final student,converted from PCC to IPCC. First I started my articleship on 5Aug 2008 thn I cmpltd 8months 24 days articlship and terminated the articleship on 30April 2009. Thn agn I started my articleship in 18 Aug 2011 nw it will be cmpltd on 23May 2014. I am the student of pcc want to convert in to IPC.I completed my 3 and 1/2 years articles and also 100 hours ITT . I lost my pcc registration letter and articles completion registration letter. But i have only my CPT marks list and ITT certificate. How can i convert in to IPC with out the pcc registration letter and copletion of articles letter? what is the last date to convert from pcc to IPC for appering in may 2013 exams?

I am working in a company but my employer does not give me HRA & conveyance allowance so as my employer does not giving me above facility so can I get the rebate of above allowance in income tax and how much.
