About hra & conveyance allowance

28 January 2013 I am working in a company but my employer does not give me HRA & conveyance allowance so as my employer does not giving me above facility so can I get the rebate of above allowance in income tax and how much.

Can I get the rebate of tution fees paid for my niece u/s 80C.

28 January 2013 no you can't get any rebate until you are not receiving anything from your employer in form of hra or conveyance allowance.

tution fee reabate u/s 80c is allowed only for childern
