I am working in a company but my employer does not give me HRA & conveyance allowance so as my employer does not giving me above facility so can I get the rebate of above allowance in income tax and how much.
Can I get the rebate of tution fees paid for my niece u/s 80C.

no you can't get any rebate until you are not receiving anything from your employer in form of hra or conveyance allowance.
