whether exemptions under section 54 to 54 G of income tax applicable to relinquishment of right.

i have cleared my IPCC 1st group this february when results were declared.but i haven't yet completed my ITT. please tell me if there is any last date for applying for articleship .how is ITT going to affect my commencing with articleship? please clarify

This is Lucky Maheshwari. I comes under the "Individual" category(salaried). I haven't filed any return till date, but my TDS was deducted in AY 2011-12 and I got the FORM 16 also from my employer{My Form 16 shows the refund of Rs. 490(approx.)}. Now I want to file my return for AY 2011-12 & 12-13(No TDS deducted in AY 12-13). So my questions are

1.) Can i file return for AY 2011-12, and if i can, than
a.) Under which Section
b.) will there be any penalty imposed on me.

2.) I did not file return for AY 2011-12 because at that time i heard that "Individual falling under below 5,00,000 income category may not need to file their ITR, provided if they have got the Form 16.

I am asking an query by an example.

If company A gives loan to company B which is also shareholder of company A (voting power is more than 10%). And another shareholder of company A is also shareholder of company B (voting power is more than 10%). Then on whom tax liability of deemed dividend generates ? whether it is only on company B or also on another shareholder ?

Please guide me with the important chapters of Costing & FM for CA-IPCC Exam.

3)we dnt want to go for listing procedure only, for that i need to know the directors designation... can all my three directors be designated as directors or do i need to appoint MD or WTD compulsory??? pls not it is unlisted co. query??

4) brief procedure to increase the paid up capital, increase the member & directors n conversion of pvt ltd to (unlisted) limited??

I would like to have some clarification on the above mentioned topic.

A person in India is providing consultancy service to a company outside India. I would like to know whether service tax is applicable for Consultancy Fees received. Fees is received in the Foreign currency and the person providing service is residing in India and service is provided from India to the foreign company.
