Dear all,
> I have prchased one machine.
> Transportation charges on the same is Rs.50,500/-.
> PAN is not provided by Trasporter.
> Cost of Machine will increase by Rs.50,500/-(i.e. by transportation charges.)
Que. Whether TDS to be deducted on the same or not as trasportation charges will be added in the cost of the machine?

TDS is required to be deducted as the sum exceeds Rs. 30000/- in respect to a single contract.
