Tds on transportation charges

> I have prchased one machine.
> Transportation charges on the same is Rs.50,500/-.
> PAN is not provided by Trasporter.
> Cost of Machine will increase by Rs.50,500/-(i.e. by transportation charges.)

Que. Whether TDS to be deducted on the same or not as trasportation charges will be added in the cost of the machine?
