Pf deduction

We are a printing company having 60 nos permanent employees. Among them we deduct PF only from 28 nos employees as the rests are not interested in making payment for PF. Our basic salary is Rs.3000/-. Now my question is that are we liable to deduct PF from all our permanent employees and if yes then what penalty we have to pay as we are not deducting PF from all our employees ?
Please help.

Hi

i have one doubt in TDS certificate signing person.

one of our client signing all TDS certificate ( he is a director )issue to his employees. he also eligible for get Tds certificate for director remuneration.

in this situation who is signing person for his TDS certificate ?

Salary/career in saudi arabia???

I have got a job offer for the post of Accountant in Saudi Arabia...Salary Package - 1600$ per month plus food & accomodation...Is this a good package as a fresher as i have just cleared in CA Final Examination this May 2012...

Also I want to know whether it will have any effect on my career or for getting job after returning back to India????

Medical reimbursement

Dear All,

Reimbursement of Medical Expenses part not included in our salary break up. instead of this can we eligible for claim u/s 17 as deduction?(Reimbursement of Medical Expenses
upto Rs. 15000/- providing the bills)

if a peson register under direct entry scheme,and he undergo for ot,itt and 9 month prctcl training,and afterwords if he fail in ipcc both module,than he can continue his article training after 9 month without passing any module of the ipcc exam.plz help me friends.

I heard many about self study. I have a question in my mind that how many months it took for a CA Final Student for preparation for CA Final Exam without any coachings, if he / she will took self study (with the help of books) continuously. Is it 10 months OR 1 year ?

Palace of removal

Dear All,

supposed i am Manufacturer i am manufacture some goods on which excise duty applicable . if we sent some goods 1000 unit to our consignee from our factory on cost price for example .rs 80 per unit and consignee sale such goods @ 90 per unit .

what amount should be taken for assessable value for duty .
