good afternoon sir,
can you tell me only that tds not applicable on transporter. but sir we hired a transporter as a "contract base" for our goods carring.than can we deduct tds on his amount

Yes on printing and stationary charges TDS is to be deducted under sec. 194C if the limit crosses...
