I have applied for Certificate of Practice dated 04/07/2013 but till date I have not received my Firm Registeration Number.

Can you please advise the procedure to get the firm registeration number.

My name is Deepa Surendra Kodnani & I had registered with the said name while filing the form 18.

actually i appeared for ca-cpt in dec 2011.and i cleared it in my first attempt by securing 159 marks.but till nov i dnt received any certificate or marklist from institute.this is 1 issue.
i didn't applied for ipcc exams
in nov2012 nd i attend for may2013.but this time iam nt confident to complete any 1 group.so i decided to pursue b.com in regular
along with ca.is it possiable

I am fill the TDS return through RPU software for the First quarter for this fy 2013-14. It ask the TRN(Tan Registration Number). Our Concern lost the e-mail of TRN while registering the TAN. Now Please help me how Can I find this TRN?

1. If the share holder is not traceable on the address provided by the share holder, what procedure the company must follow to trace him.
2. If he is not traceable what happens to his share holding

my client is partnership firm ,and doing manufacturing business ,firm's turnover in F.Y.2012-2013 is Rs.8,00,000. and firm is in loss.........please tell me if audit is compulsory in this case.

Bank has deducted tax Rs.3302 and has issued TDS certificate,please advise if it is taxable or should i claim refund. My salary income is 305866. deduction US 80c rs. 1 lakhs
