Stamp duty on huf deed

Dear All,

Greetings..!!

If one has to form an HUF, how much amount's stamp paper is required?

there are total 3 things:
1. DECLARATION of HUF
2. DECLARATION OF GIFT
3. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF GIFT

I found that the DECLARATION OF GIFT is required to be executed on Stamp Paper?

kindly guide me as to which part of the above 3 is required to be executed on Stamp Paper? and with what amount?

Is it necessary to notarize the HUF Deed.?

Kindly guide me on this.

Final accounts

In a concern, the opening provision of doubtful debts is 51000. During the year a sum of 10000 was written off as bad debts . The closing balance of sundry debtors amounts to 630000. It was decided that 10% of the debtors is to maintained as provision . Calculate the closing balance towards the provision for doubtful debts and pass journal entry for the given effect of provision maintained ???

Transfer pricing

1. How the limit of 5 cr. for transfer pricing to be calculated. For eg. X Ltd. has purchased goods from following related parties -

Related party - A - Rs. 2 crs.
Related party - B - Rs. 2 crs.
Related party - C - Rs. 2 crs.

Whether X Ltd. Transfer pricing rules are applicable to X Ltd.?

2. If applicable what is due date of filing return of income? Is it 30 Nov.?

Exemption in ipcc for cs

hello sir,
i'm a professional paas cs student and have also cleared my cpt in december 2011.i wanted to know if there is any paper wise exemption to cs in ipcc programme?

AS PER RENT AGREEMNET..
In the event of terminanation before Lock -in -Period, lESSEE shall be liable to pay the monthly rent for the entire remaining
unexpired period of the Leek-in-Period.

AS PER SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
a)Client shall pay an amount of Rs 25,00,000;-(Twenty Five Lakhs Only) ("Settlement Amount") to Lessee subject to applicable TDS dedulction on Settlement of all claims and counterclaims of the Parties, amount of Rs 25,00,000/-is towards the full and final settlement of all claims and counterclaims between the Parties.
Further, both Farties agree and understand that no other amount except the said amount of Rs 25,00,001/-shall be payable by lessor to lessee.
b) A Sum of Rs 9 lac paid to lessor now_standss settled and adjusted as being non refundable to lessee.

MY CASE
The lessee entered in to rent agreement with lessor for lock in period of 3 years. Now the lessee cancels the rent agreement after 1 year only and thus had to pay the amount of 1 Cr.Approx. which is settled at 25 lacs by entering into settlement agreement as quoted below and the amount of security deposit paid at the time of entering into rent agreement as refundable to lessee is also adjusted as being non refundable to the lessee.
MY QUESTION IS????
whether TDS will be deducted on 25 lac (unexpired period rent ) and 9 lac (security deposit adjusted) and please also quote the law or case as the sollution to my problem.
