Is it compulsory to get signature from a chartered accountant in the cpt exam form. i want address where that form should be dispatched.

A Manufacturing company has purchased customized software for Rs 10,00,000/-. Company had taken service tax credit on Rs 8,00,000/- perfoma invoice. After 3 months from taking credit of service tax on perfoma invoice of Rs 8,00,000/-, company receives the actual bill of Rs 10,00,000/-. Now how to deal with this in service tax???

I have submitted articleshio form , but by mistake I wrote 15 September for commencement of articleship, and I.e Sunday...

i started my articleship on 20th october 2012 last date being 31st october...now i took transfer on 30th august 2013 and signed the new form 103 on 20th september

so will my articleship end on 19th october 2015 or 9th nov 2015?
