Which section applicable for deduct TDS of syndication charges bill.

I had uploaded Form 1A on 31st December 2013, with certification of professional. However the status of the same on MCA 21 site is still "Pending For Action". How much time does the approval of form 1A on being certified by Professional, ordinarily take??

TDS deduct by C.M.O under category sub contractor and Form 16A issue by C.M.O but not credited in Form 26AS and ITR filed according to Form 16A but TDS not credited in Form 26AS so demand is rising than how do i claim the refund of TDS

Recently, we got the DGFT status holder recognition of Export House. It is valid upto 31.03.2014

My question:
1. What is the procedure to renew this EH status? Needless to say, export obligation is not a constraint.
2. Is there a specific deadline or time period before which the application must be submitted?
3. Where can I find it in the HBP / FTP 2009-14... please provide the URL link, if known / available.

Dear sir,
I have completed 10 months of my articleship but due to some reasons i want to take transfer from the current firm. For such transfer i filled form 109 but my Principal is not giving me transfer.He is not signing the form. And i am just left with 1.5 months to complete 1 Year of articleship.

I am working as an accountant in punjab state power corporation limited pathankot. I want to file TDS return of my company for third quarter of year 2013-14.I have downloaded return preperation utility from nsdl site . When i am selecting quarter the option of third quarter is not displayed in software.How to solve this problem.
