Procedure for renewal of export house / status holder applic

01 January 2014 Recently, we got the DGFT status holder recognition of Export House. It is valid upto 31.03.2014

My question:
1. What is the procedure to renew this EH status? Needless to say, export obligation is not a constraint.
2. Is there a specific deadline or time period before which the application must be submitted?
3. Where can I find it in the HBP / FTP 2009-14... please provide the URL link, if known / available.

02 January 2014 Mr. Partha p Bhattacharya,

as per para 3.10 of Foreign Trade Policy submit the ANF-3A IN CONCERNED REGIONAL LICENSING AUTHORITY.

YOU WILL BE MENTIONED IN ANF-3A

Details of Exports / Deemed Exports / Foreign Exchange earned for supply of Service from India during preceding 3 licensing years and current year (i.e. year in which application is filed), duly certified by CA/ICWA/CS.

ANF-3A, DULY CERTIFIED BY CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT/CS/ICWAI DEGREE HOLDER SUBMIT THE ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE,ALONGWITH THE REQUEST LETTER.

WE CAN PROVIDE SERVICE FOR THE SAME IN ANY REGIONAL LICENCING AUTHORITY.

02 January 2014 ANF-3A is for grant of SH recognition that we used for the original applicable based on which EH recognition has been granted.

The question therefore is / was:
1. Is there any separate Form to be used ??
2. Is there a time-line stipulated for renewal ??
