Downloading return preperation utility

Respected Sir,
I am working as an accountant in punjab state power corporation limited pathankot. I want to file TDS return of my company for third quarter of year 2013-14.I have downloaded return preperation utility from nsdl site . When i am selecting quarter the option of third quarter is not displayed in software.How to solve this problem.

did you try it today??? because it is allowing now. Till yesterday it wont have allowed.
