Transfer of articleship

01 January 2014 Dear sir,
I have completed 10 months of my articleship but due to some reasons i want to take transfer from the current firm. For such transfer i filled form 109 but my Principal is not giving me transfer.He is not signing the form. And i am just left with 1.5 months to complete 1 Year of articleship.

Please suggest me what should i do as soon as possible..

01 January 2014 no as its mandatory by virtue of law you can ask any og your friends who too transfer or at icai regional office near you.
