I did mistake during efiling. I filed my income tax return without mentioned income and send it to CPC for further process. Now I got letter from CPC that my case has been referred to local income tax dept. The local IT dept said they can't be change anything in online efiling. Please advice to how rectify my income tax return so that I can get my tds return

DEAR SIR I AM PREPARING FOR CA FINAL GROUP 2 . I HAVE STUDIED FROM VINOD GUPTA BOOK .PLEASE GUIDE ME WHICH BOOK TO PURCHASE FOR PROBLEM AND SOLUTION FOR PRACTICE PURPOSE.

I want to change the name and object clause of a private limited company.
What I have understood till now is that:
1. First, pass Board Resolution for change in name and change in object clause.
2. Then attach this resolution with form 1a and file with ROC with fee of Rs.500.
3. After that when the name is approved then we have to give notice for Extraordinary General Meeting and the same is to be held after which we will have to file Form 23 and then Form 1b.

First issue I am having is that whether I should file Form 23 before filing Form 1a or vice versa.
Also, if I am filing Form 1a then only Board Resolution is required. Am I right? And when the approval by ROC is given then I should send the notice and Extraordinary General Meeting is to be held or notice of holding of EGM regarding change in name and object clause can be given prior to filing of Form 1a.
I need the solution urgently and if anyone can provide me with detailed guidelines then I would be very thankful.

Anyone plz advise me can I claim refund of TDS without filing IT Return for PY 10-11 and PY 11-12.
As my total income was less than taxable limit so i have not filed IT return for respective years. Plz advise me whether Form 30 will help me without filing Return.

In Case of LTA we accept the Travel bills.

Suppose Employe done the traveling via Make my Trip.com and instead of bills he submitted the Travel Certificate from Travel Compny on their letter head duly signed & Stamped.

With below details

Amount for LTC (travel only) for the tour is limited to Rs XXX/- against Invoice IN1311B2SXXXXX dated 02nd December 2013.

This can be accepted ???

I have renewed the DSC of director and want to register it with the Ministry of Corporate affairs(Roc)

I have already install DSC OF Director to my computer successfully but After filled up of all details of directors correctly, when im attaching the DSC CERTIFICATE. it is attaching HOwever while Submitting at final stage it shows query in diologue box" DIGITAL CERTIFICATE IS MONDETARY"
Pls sovle my query

a person having income below basic limit but filling itr but meanwhile he did not file his return & now he again want to continue without filing those two year as if those yrs rtrn will file it will be fined 5000, so can he do so whether any problem may be arise, the file is still non taxable
