my principal and i had a small recently , which lead to us both deciding tht o should transfer my articles to some place else . but i am into my fourth month of my 2nd year . has to have icai approval . principal is willing to terminate . but is it possible ? since i dont satisfy any of the conditions for transfer after 1 yr . pls help .

What is exact meaning of secondment of articleship.My articleship is remaining for 11 months. Can I take option of secondment.
Is it mendatory that I will take secondment in another city (is there is any condition of secondment).
If principal is not allowing secondment but article want to do secondment then what options are available to article & principal.

I was to be registered for articleship before 30th april 2013 to be egligible to appear in may 2015 exams.
My date of registeration was 26th april (gap of 4 days).
Due to some circumstances I took transfer and was again registered in different firm
The total gap between my date of transfer and the date of registration was 10 days.
Will there be any delay in my egligibility to appear in exams or would i be able to appear in the same Nov. 2015 attempt.??

I am into my second year of articleship. My articleship period commmenced from 22nd august 2012. Can anybody please tell me the exact month from which i can apply for industrial training.??? nnn also how will the number of leaves allowed be calculated and bifurcated between the articleship period and period served as industrial trainee??

My CA Final attempt is may 2015 and still i had not completed my gmcs I training for which the last date was 31st December 2013,can any suggest me what should i do now and what will the result happen if i do the same in JAN14.
