is it compulsory to do gmcs? what are the consequences of not doing it? will we get ca final result, membership or COP without undergoing GMCS??

i want to know what is the crieteria for appearing in ca final exam in nov-2014.

now he wants to join articles can he do both at time?
as per icai if he do so he should intimate to board within 6 months is it correct?

my principal and i had a small recently , which lead to us both deciding tht o should transfer my articles to some place else . but i am into my fourth month of my 2nd year . has to have icai approval . principal is willing to terminate . but is it possible ? since i dont satisfy any of the conditions for transfer after 1 yr . pls help .

What is exact meaning of secondment of articleship.My articleship is remaining for 11 months. Can I take option of secondment.
Is it mendatory that I will take secondment in another city (is there is any condition of secondment).
If principal is not allowing secondment but article want to do secondment then what options are available to article & principal.

Sir,
I was to be registered for articleship before 30th april 2013 to be egligible to appear in may 2015 exams.
My date of registeration was 26th april (gap of 4 days).
Due to some circumstances I took transfer and was again registered in different firm
The total gap between my date of transfer and the date of registration was 10 days.
Will there be any delay in my egligibility to appear in exams or would i be able to appear in the same Nov. 2015 attempt.??
