hello everyone,
I have qualified group I in may 2013 first attempt with 60% marks,and have appeared for second group in november this time.I m waiting for my results.I m very much confused about my articleship...people are suggesting me to wait for my results and then apply in big and reputed firms because they want group II qualified student,but the problem is that m not expecting good marks and m not very much sure that I will qualify their interview n all.I should have already started my articleship after my results of group I but then i delayed because of my exams.I need your help whether I should wait or should immediately start my articleship now in whichever firm I get.

I had given 3rd attempt of IPCE in nov 2013 and i'm pretty much sure to clear 1st group this time. I want to know does attempts are considerable factors while job interview???

I received the below email on Nov 29:

Dear Student,

It is noticed from our record that you have been admitted in the Intermediate (Integrated Professional Competence) Course under Direct Entry Scheme and also for articleship without Certificate of Orientation Course/ Information Technology Training (OP/ITT) prior to commencement of articled training. Your registration in the CA Course and articleship without Orientation course and Information Technology Training was granted under relevant relaxation given by the Council of the Institute.
The Council of the Institute has observed that some of the student registered in Intermediate (Integrated Professional Competence) Course under Direct Entry Scheme between 01.08.2012 and 31.01.2013 could not complete ITT and Orientation Course due to some reason or the other. With a view to mitigate the hardship of such students (namely those registered between 01.08.2012 and 31.01.2013 under Direct Entry Scheme), the Council of the Institute as a special case has decided to extend the date for completion of ITT and Orientation Course up to 31.12.2013 as an one time dispensation for them.
Since you fall under above category of the students, therefore you are required to complete ITT and Orientation Course compulsorily latest by 31.12.2013 and submit the certificates to the concerned regional office of ICAI in order to regularize your articled training.
Please contact immediately to the concerned Regional Office of ICAI or the nearest Branch of ICAI and enroll for orientation Course/ITT and in order to complete the same.

YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PROVIDE THE DETAILS WITH-IN 5 DAYS ON THE RECEIPT OF THIS E-MAIL .

But I had registered myself under Intermediate (Integrated Professional Competence) Course under Direct Entry Scheme whereby i had chosen the option of CS Inter Route and my articleship will began only after clearing any of the group of IPC Exam.

I had already completed my Orientation and ITT Training but when I submitted my Exam form ,the Branch Office told me to submit the above Certificate at the time of articleship Registrations.

If it was so then why this email is being send to be.

Can i see when was my final attempt in Institute website.

I have completed my 1 year and 10 months Articleship in Mumbai but now i cant afford to live in Mumbai so can i take transfer to my native place for my balance period of Articleship

as we all know there is a crieteria of appearing CA- final attempt withing last six months of completion of Articleship traing as on 1st november.

for example

to appear in november- 13 attempt, his articleship should complete on or before april 30, 2013.

i started my articleship on april 25, 2011
3 yrs wil complete on 24th april 2014.

but in between i took transfer on january 30, 2012
and joined another office on 15th feb, 2012

due to which there is a gap of 15 days,
consequesces my articlship ends on 8th may

which exceeds 6months as on november 1, 2013

by 8 days.

and i found i m not eligiable to appear in the november attempt.

but unkowingly
i appeared for examz
i received admit card
nd i appeared examz

now i have received a notice from institute
which reqires me to fill d details of my articleship completion.

such form contains 5 clauses.
i m not sure in which clause i fall.


as i wasnt eligible.

please help me regarding this.

i transfer my articleship with in one month though one month in leave plz suggest me my principal accept the transfer
