I am a C.A.Final student persuading articleship's 3rd year. i want to take transfer from one employer to another employer.can i take transfer?if i take transfer then whom I write the application??
Please give suggesion as soon as possible..

02 December 2013 you have to get prior permission from icai to take transfer in 3rd year

you should write to ca reason for taking transfer along with recommendation of your boss and no objection for your transfer
.

as adn when you got approval from icai you can take transfer
