I HAVE JOINED ARTICLESHIP IN MARCH 2011 AND HAVE APPEARED FOR CA FINALS IN NOVEMBER 2013. I WANT TO KNOW BEFORE WHICH DATE I CAN DO MY GMCS COURSE?

i want to do industrial training after completion of 2 years of articalship so i need to take transfer or simply i need to take permission from my employer to do industrial training.

WHICH IS THE BEST BOOK ?
CORPORATE LAW - PADHUKA OR MUNISH BANDARI ?

SFM ?

I HAVE ALREADY GONE THROUGH PADHUKA FOR LAW, SO CAN I CHANGE THE BOOK OR BUY THE SAME BOOK - LATEST EDITION FOR MAY 2014 EXAM ?

As i register for Ipcc course direct entry scheme the registration Fee Rs.9000,RS.2000 FOR Articleship.acutally i paid RS.11000.now i'm article form want to sent.can i send the hard copy of dd.institute will accept my articles form.

sir I compleated 1.5 years articalship I want to take transfer by given resoan my father transfer at company site I taken certificate from company. Please suggest me I compulsory takr prior permission from institute. also give me detailed processes of it & which document submit.

Can a C.A. student during his/her period of articleship become an insurance agent? If the student does so, and after completion of articleship it was found out by ICAI, whether the artcleship would be cancelled? please reply
