13 December 2013 sir I compleated 1.5 years articalship I want to take transfer by given resoan my father transfer at company site I taken certificate from company. Please suggest me I compulsory takr prior permission from institute. also give me detailed processes of it & which document submit.

13 December 2013 yes mandatory to take permission for transfer of articleship

you have to write a request letter to icai explaining reason for transfer of articleship along with your boss recommendation letter with the same reason giving his no objection for transfer

icai will see this and send its approval/rejection. if icai approves you can take transfer by submitting form 109
.

you can also take suggestions from icai by making call to icai or contact regional branch of icai
