i want to take transfer in same city but i m not able to satisfy any of the reasons in transfer/ termination rules but my boss is ready to give me transfer. can anyone help me.

Can i complain against a CA who is providing Dummy articleship to someone ?

and what would be the consequences of my complain ?

I wanted to do so because he is very rude to other article trainees even he is not giving excess live for overtime work done by the articles trainees.

Hello.. i m ipcc student and i want to knw abt GMCS course..as per rules i hav to complete GMCS 1 within first year of articleship...What would it result into if i fail to do GMCS 1 within 1st year of articleship?

Dear Sir,
My registration date for IPCC was 27th Jan,2011.I have duely completed
my ITT training and OT programme. My examination was due on Nov 2011.I
have completed giving 5 attempts of exam in IPCC but was not able to
clear the examination.
Do I have to revalidate my registration for IPCC in order to appear
for May 2014 and thereafter?
If so then what is the procedure to revalidate my registration?
Please guide me.

1.Can an article trainee claim extra leave equivalent to extra hours worked by him at the CA Firm ?

2.If yes, are those extra leaves counted for calculating present days/working days ?

3.Can a principal terminate the articleship agreement without consent of the article trainee with in the 1st year ?

i sent my articleship forms to chennai office Rather than mumbai office, due to my firm Registered in Hyderabad and after few days i got a letter from chennai office saying that contact mumbai office, we are sending ur forms to mumbai. and i called to mumbai but nobody is responding correctly, does i Required to send again articleship forms to mumbai or not urgent PLZ PLZ.
