I have started my articleship 3 months ago and have took a month leave till now.
now i want to join an other firm for so many reasons as i am not satisfied by the work here, stipend is very low that not even my transport expenses are not met, also i have to do personal work of my principal, while all other my friends are doing the real work and getting knowledge. i want to shift my articles to another firm and also chosen a firm.
all i need to know is what is the exact procedure please tell me step by step what needs to be done.


i am in a real need of this help.
should i take prior permission from inst. about transfer if so what reason should i say in that and is form 109 enough and do i need to register with 102 112 103 forms again with new principal.

my husband and my Brother in Law working in same company. Their Company gave tax calculation form, We fill that form and send it to the office. in that they want rental aggrement for rental proof. we gave separate rental agreement for both of them. In that the address of both of them is same only. our monthly rent is 6000/pm, we are in ground floor, my brother in law monthly rent is 5000/pm, he is on first floor.In recent I have seen newspaper the new amendament has passed (i.e) the return file person whose total rental income is exceed 1 lakhs, the PAN number of landlord is mandatory, like that they mention. In our case we gave same address for both of them. Is there any problem will accur while filling. pls suggest me.

I have given my CA Final 1st Attempt in Nov 13 i Prepared only 1st group but lost bcoz of Financial Reporting and SFM...
an will be giving my next attempt in May/June but i am in Dilemma whether to give both the groups or only 1st group
I got to know from my Friends that Indirect Tax an ISCA is Gonna to change a lot so all of them are sugessting to write oly 2nd Group,,,Wat to do is big Question mark knw????
