Sir,
I am going to complete my one year of articles.Can I terminate my articles to another state.I am doing my articles now in chennai.Can I continue it in Andhra?

U can take transfer

If u not yet completed one year of articleship just get form 109 signed by old principak under whom u have registered and send to icai with in 30 days from date of transfer

No need to wait for icai confirmation for transfer..it will accept

Just send form 103 to icai once registered withvother ca for the balance period
