Articleship comp-leave against overtime work

1.Can an article trainee claim extra leave equivalent to extra hours worked by him at the CA Firm ?
2.If yes, are those extra leaves counted for calculating present days/working days ?
3.Can a principal terminate the articleship agreement without consent of the article trainee with in the 1st year ?
Kindly suggest me.

1 and 2: can do so with the sanction of boss
.
3..generally not possible ..for transfer bith student and principal shiuld agree..however practically if boss dont want u in office u have to leave office at any case bcoz if he dont allot work what u will do

Boss can terminate articles in case of his misconduct if any by making compliant to icai
