Transfer of articleship during 2nd year

i want to take transfer in same city but i m not able to satisfy any of the reasons in transfer/ termination rules but my boss is ready to give me transfer. can anyone help me.

your boss acceptance itself is not enough for transfer of articles after 1 year of articles

icai prior permission is mandatory for transfer

u can have any valid reason,,any valid reason is allowed for transfer if icai satisfied,,even it is not prescribed in grounds given by icai

make an application to icai for transfer specifying reason for transfer along with your boss recommendation letter for your transfer for said reason and pray for approval for transfer request
