Sir,
i sent my articleship forms to chennai office Rather than mumbai office, due to my firm Registered in Hyderabad and after few days i got a letter from chennai office saying that contact mumbai office, we are sending ur forms to mumbai. and i called to mumbai but nobody is responding correctly, does i Required to send again articleship forms to mumbai or not urgent PLZ PLZ.

As u said that chennai people forwarded ur forms to chennai they will take care and send to icai
