for delhi ICAI but the form didn't reach till now.if
form will rech on 3rd nov (Monday) .will the form
accepted by ICAI or not.the fee payment of form is
paid online

hi ..i am giving my attempt dis november . .i have
studied both institute and other market reference
books for all subjects to an extent.. now my doubt is
that for any subject ( mainly theory subjects) should i
write answers from reference book or institute study
material (ISM ) to get good score . .because many said
that they will give marks only for answers written
from ISM and they wont consider our answers from
reference books..as reference book are only meant for
understanding the concepts but answers are not to be
written from it .. . example: for law can i write answers
from munish bhandhari book or should i write from
ISM only . . .pls help me . .. very important . .i dint get
any clear answers from my fellow mates ..

can anyone tell me that whether in articleship preference is given to those who has cleared both groups simultaneously or one by one(specially in big 4's) please help me ,really very confused ,so that i would prepare accordingly.

My 1st year of articleship was completed on 10th oct 2014.Now i want to take transfer.Tell me please is it possible to take transfer under normal provisons.Can i take transfer by signing form 109 dated before 10 oct 2014 and submitting same before 10 nov 2014.
Please give me suggestion. It is very urgent.

In the articleship registration letter, it stated that students are required to maintain practical record which is to be submitted during termination along with form 109. But in our office there is no such practise of recording of work done.Will this create a problem during my termination?

What is the minimum marks obtain to clear the C.P.T. ? And is there any cut off to clear all the subjects.

sir many professional are designating their name as ca and cs while they hold ca membership only and just cleared cs exams.....or taken lcs. as i m also pursuing the same..... and as searched on net icsi says that a student can only use cs designation when he has completed all training and applied for acs membership. i want to confirm that when a person become eligible to use cs as designation.
