My 1st year of articleship was completed on 10th oct 2014.Now i want to take transfer.Tell me please is it possible to take transfer under normal provisons.Can i take transfer by signing form 109 dated before 10 oct 2014 and submitting same before 10 nov 2014.
Please give me suggestion. It is very urgent.

But if i submit form 109 after 1 month of signing what will be result ?
Can i submit it after 10 nov along with fine
and if i want to take transfer in 2nd yr of articleship how it is possible.
