Cpt form is accepted after last date or not

myself a CPT student .i posted cpt exam on 26 oct
for delhi ICAI but the form didn't reach till now.if
form will rech on 3rd nov (Monday) .will the form
accepted by ICAI or not.the fee payment of form is
paid online
