03 November 2014 Before how many days i have to register for CA-Final-nov.2015 attempt which i have not passed the ipcc(groups 1&2) at a time.

03 November 2014 You cannot register before completing ipcc. For wriing nov 15 finals, you need to have a valid ca finals registration at the time of filing the exam form. Given that icai takes atleast a month to process applications, try to register atleast six months before the exam
